Events need a yes before you book
Corporate retreats, birthdays, club gatherings and similar functions are all allowed with Steven’s approval in advance. It is one message, and it saves a cancelled request.

Pick dates in the calendar. The first payment is taken once he accepts.

Arrive from 4:00 PM
Self check-in with a smart lock. Parking for more than 20 cars.

Company retreats and off-sites
A conference room with a long table and a wall-mounted TV, Wi-Fi throughout and a dedicated workspace. When the agenda ends, the theater, the arcade and the pool hall take over.

Family reunions
Grandparents can take the first-floor family suite, cousins the Pool House, and everyone meets at one of the three dining spaces. One guest wrote that the arcade kept her children busy for hours.

Birthdays and anniversaries
A restaurant-style lounge with a paneled bar, a gazebo with its own fireplace and a lawn for the photos. Large outdoor gatherings end at 10:00 PM; indoor celebrations can carry on at a respectful volume.

Wedding weekends
Room for the wedding party and both families across two connected houses, the night before and the night after. Wedding-related events need Steven’s approval in advance.

Quiet hours
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Large outdoor gatherings end at 10:00 PM, and town law does not allow outdoor amplified music.
The primary guest
Must be 25 or older. Exceptions are considered case by case.
Parking
More than 20 spaces on the property. Keep the driveways clear.
The pool
No fence around the water. Adults supervise children at all times.
Off-limits
The basement, locked rooms and closets, and anything past the garage or shed.
